Urjja is a 15 year old management consulting firm, based in Bangalore with offices in Cochin, Mumbai and Bangalore. We serve clients in multiple sectors in India and overseas. Our two core verticals are in management consulting and skill development.

Business head with an extensive Sales and Marketing experience of 27 years with various organizations such as TCS, Eureka Forbes, Cadilla Health care and Mahindra Holidays. His passion for people and strategy led him to set up this entrepreneurial venture in 2002.

Urjja was born with a dual focus: to meet the rising talent needs of corporate india to provide consulting solutions by leveraging the complexities of the indian market combining it with established global best practices.

His expertise lies in developing business strategies, go to market models and developing global accounts. He is adept in developing strategic business frameworks and customer excellence programs.

Strategic HR advisor & Principal consultant

Beginning her career with HCL – Hewlett Packard in the Sales function, Priya moved onto diversify into the field of HR 6 years into her career. She has been instrumental in setting up global best practices in HR, Talent Management and Organization development for various organizations such as ICICI Prudential, Aditya Birla Nuvo and Ingersoll Rand to name a few.

She initiated the concept of “customer integrated operational excellence” driving end to end customer relationship management, organization redesign and leadership development for various organizations across sectors. . She is a notable speaker in aspects of leadership, women leaders, middle managers etc and has presented this to audiences in India, Singapore, Dubai, and United States of America.
